5 Line ABC Poem

An ABC  poem  has  a  series  of  lines  that
create  a mood,  picture,  or  feeling.  If  the
first word  of  line  1  begins with  an  "A",
the first word of line 2 begins with a "B"
etc. You  can  start  from  any  letter  in  the
alphabet  as  long  as  you  continue  from
that  letter.  For  example  if  you  wanted
line  1  to  start  with  "G"  the  next  line
would need to start with "H" then "I", "J"
and the last "K". The lines do not need to
rhyme, but they can contain rhyme if you
like.  The  most  popular  ABC  poems
usually  consist  of  5  lines,  and  that  is
the rule for this special contest.

ABC poem - author unknown

Although things are not perfect
Because of trial or pain
Continue in thanksgiving
Do not begin to blame
Even when the times are hard
Fierce winds are bound to blow

Flowers - author unknown

Aroma of sweet splendors.
Beauty, that won't render.
Caressing the peddles upon your cheek.
Daily given or by the week.
Expressing endless love by the hour.
